Hoppers Shoreditch

The white-washed, light-filled former home of Lyle’s has been transformed into the newest outpost of Sri Lankan and South Indian mini-group Hoppers.

Spring 2026

The Old Point House

Paternoster Farm, winner of Best Local Restaurant in Wales for 2025, is moving. Born out of post-lockdown popups and housed in the old milking parlour, the future of the family-run farm restaurant was thrown into uncertainty when Pembrokeshire County Council refused renewal of the tenancy. Now chef-owner Michelle Evans has taken matters into her own hands with a move to the Old Point House pub in the nearby village of Angle where she grew up. A Kickstarter is underway (here) to facilitate opening in May.
