Cornus, the second restaurant from the owners of Medlar in Chelsea, isn’t in the most obvious of locations. As you walk along Eccleston Place, look for a large number 27 wall sign then head down the alley next to it. Turn right into the courtyard and you’ll immediately see the restaurant’s name in large white letters over the covered doorway to the Ice Factory building, a renovated warehouse in the Eccleston Yards development. Follow the signs down the corridor to the lift where the button for the top floor is clearly marked ‘Cornus’.
