The Good Food Guide team is continuing to visit restaurants across Britain and there is always huge excitement when an inspector sends in a glowing report detailing somewhere extraordinary. These restaurants, rated 'Exceptional' in the Guide, are noted not just for their remarkable food and service, but for a telling uniqueness to the whole experience. To achieve such a high rating is no easy task. This list, ever-growing, is one to savour. These restaurants sit just below our 'World Class’ entries: L'Enclume; Ynyshir; and Moor Hall.
