Was there ever a more appropriately named restaurant? This is fine dining with a cheery smile, from the friendly greetings at the door to the polished but relaxed service throughout the meal. Nothing is hurried, everything impeccably presented and explained. Stand-out dishes on the Dream Menu were the Isle of Skye scallop, the native lobster and the 125-dat aged Cumbrian blue grey.
