The renowned chef Margot Henderson is set to open her first restaurant outside London, a pub with rooms called The Three Horseshoes in Somerset in November.
And so to Bath, with its ancient Roman pools, its sweeping Georgian architecture of crescentic gold. It is testament to Somerset’s largest city, historic as it is, that it would surge toward modern dining, all the while retaining its vintage charm. All change at Hauser and Wirth in Somerset. Da Costa, which replaces Roth Bar and Grill, was the surname of Iwan Wirth’s Italian grandfather, hence the distinctly alpine Italian vibe of the L-shaped dining room.
