The fact that this stripped-back, pint-sized venue on the edge of Margate's old town serves flavour-packed dishes comes as no surprise to French-Vietnamese chef Nathalie Nguyen’s many followers. Cheerfully informal, the brief menu – inspired by family recipes – is perfect for one-plate grazing, whether you fancy the refreshing crunch of a rice vermicelli salad with soy-roasted aubergines, a generous rice noodle bowl, or a special of lemongrass chicken with jasmine rice, fish sauce, pickles, cucumber, coriander, spring onion and chilli oil.
