Spread over two floors, the easy-going contemporary space offers nimble, cheerful service and straightforward Italian cooking. All bases are covered here: pop in for a snack of salumi, tuck into a generous plate of pasta (perhaps mezze maniche with tomato, guanciale and pecorino from the exceedingly good-value set lunch menu) or dine in style on 'nduja-breaded pork chop with mustard mayo. Either way, the food is supported by a large, well-chosen wine list that explores Italy in conscientious detail. The warm welcome extends to furry, four-legged friends.
