Silver’s Deli

A pint-sized neighbourhood deli putting Bramley on the Leeds food map with large, trendy, bodega-style sandwiches. In the morning, you can get coffee, pastries, and toasted brioche loaded with various combinations of silky soft scrambled eggs, house sausage patties, smoked streaky bacon, cheese and caramelised onions (or all of the above, in the aptly-named 'everything sandwich'), while at lunchtime they pivot to filling freshly baked sub rolls with Italian-style cold cuts and house-made fillings (until they sell out, which is a common occurence). We recommend the O’Hagan, with chicken breast in garlic and herb aïoli, with peperonata spread and crispy prosciutto for crunch.
