Dover Street Counter

Designed by Milan-based Quincoces-Dragò & Partners, this second new November opening from Martin Kuczmarski, a couple of doors down from the Dover, could be described as it’s naughty, louder sibling. With a soundtrack of RnB, the long stainless steel counter opposite the open kitchen is the place to be, although the two dining rooms at the back are just as beautiful as the Dover and Martino’s. The food here is less Italian and more elevated American diner vibes. Think fried chicken sandwiches, chopped salads, steak and fries and cheeseburgers.
