Former Lyle’s chef opens Portuguese-inspired restaurant

Portuguese-born former Lyle’s chef Leandro Carreira opens his debut restaurant in Southwark later this month. The Square reopens its doors with new executive chef

Mayfair restaurant The Square, which reopens its doors on November 20 after a major re-design, has announced the appointment of its new executive chef. Andrew Wong will open a second restaurant at London’s Bloomberg Arcade development in the spring of 2018.
