Former Lyle’s chef opens Portuguese-inspired restaurant

The Square reopens its doors with new executive chef

Mayfair restaurant The Square, which reopens its doors on November 20 after a major re-design, has announced the appointment of its new executive chef. Second opening confirmed for A.Wong

Andrew Wong will open a second restaurant at London’s Bloomberg Arcade development in the spring of 2018. Second dining room opens at Lancashire’s Moor Hall

Paul Welburn has been named as the new executive chef at the Oxford Kitchen in Summertown, Oxford, taking over from John Footman. Tom Kerridge opens a pub with its own butchers
