In conversation with Dylan Jones: The secret history of London restaurants from Langan’s Brasserie to the Wolseley
For our next ‘In conversation with’ event, Good Food Guide owner Adam Hyman will sit down with best-selling author Dylan Jones to talk about his new book, Table Hopping. Told with his trademark wit, Jones’s new book is an entertaining history of the golden age of London’s most fashionable restaurants from Langan’s to Le Caprice to The Wolseley.
Join us for coffee and pastries in the intimate setting of Bobbi’s Bar at St Clement, and be part of a conversation that looks back at the past five decades of London restaurants — the rise of the celebrity chef, the power of the critics, difficult customers and much more.
Tickets are £40 and include a copy of Table Hopping (RRP £30); Dylan Jones will be available to sign copies on the day.
8.30am: Arrival and breakfast
9:00am: In conversation with Dylan Jones and audience Q&A
