Our picks from this year’s Food Photographer of the Year competition

An intimate image 'full of warmth and humanity' by the Indian photographer Debdatta Chakraborty has won the top prize in the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year 2022. The photograph shows a street food vendor in Srinagar, India, cooking kebabs on his charcoal oven. Choosing a winner was no easy task - the finalists' shots are all spectacular.
