Head through to the back and you’ll find a vinoteca in full swing on weekdays, and until 8.30pm Thur-Sat. Chance a walk-in for a glass of organic cava rosado and a plate of fresh-out-the-fryer bacalao, or book ahead at the 10-seat counter and settle into a vermut flight and the full tapas menu. Wandering off to explore the extensive wine display is encouraged.
