Family-run, cash-only and unfancy to its bones, this much-regarded Thai café/restaurant offers food that's pungent, lively and elegant. The specials board does a lot of the heavy lifting, with crispy pork moo krob the star, but it's hard to go wrong whether you favour the funky side (stir-fried curry of pork and 'head cheese' with green peppercorns, salted fish rice) or you're only here for the spring rolls.
